Q: What is the admission fee?
Playtime operates on a 'pay to play' basis, offering a variety of activities at different prices. Our Arcade, featuring 65+ games, ranges from $1 to $2 per game, while VR games range from $3 to $5. Laser Tag is $8 per person, Mini Bowling costs $5, the Virtual Rockwall is $3.50 per play, and access to Henry's Playground Area starts at only $13.99 plus tax for all day access. Additionally, we offer Axe Throwing [18+] for $20 per person per hour, with reservations required and other time frames available.
Q: What's the age range at Playtime?
Playtime caters to all age groups with a diverse range of experiences. For adults, we offer Axe Throwing, Laser Tag, a Full Kitchen & Bar, and more. Children can enjoy Henry's Playground Area, including bounce houses and playgrounds, along with a variety of arcade games suitable for all ages.
Q: Do you run specials every day?

Q: Do you offer fundraising opportunities?
Absolutely! We support fundraising efforts for schools, organizations, and communities. Please refer to our Fundraising Brochure for more information.
Q: How much is a party?
Our basic Tons of Fun Party package starts at only $209 plus tax which includes; 10-$10 Game Cards, 10-Bottles of Water, Party Room and Party Host for an hour, and a visit from Henry the Hippo. The guest of honor receives a Henry the Hippo birthday t-shirt, a lanyard for their game card, and they also get to spin a prize wheel and paint their hand on our wall of handprints. Q: Can we bring our own drinks or food into Playtime?
We unfortunately do NOT allow any outside drinks or food into our venue due to our liquor license, health code restrictions, and allergen safety concerns. *This includes water bottles and drinks of any kind.* We do our best to provide a fun and safe environment for all of our guests to enjoy, and that includes managing food safety carefully. We have plenty of food options available to order and enjoy and if you need more info on the food we serve, don't hesitate to ask for our ingredients binder the next time you're in.
Q: What are the rules for the deposit?
Deposits are nonrefundable and contribute toward securing your chosen party time slot or rented attraction for your event. The deposit you pay will go towards the total amount due on the day of your party or event.
Q: Do we need socks to play in the facility?
For sanitary purposes and to help keep our facility as clean as possible, socks are required for anyone jumping/playing in our bounce houses and playground area. If you forgot socks for yourself or your little one, do not worry, we sell pairs of socks for only $2!

Q: When should we arrive for our party or event?
We recommend arriving five minutes early for your party or event reservation to ensure a smooth check-in process. This is recommended to ensure that all guest that arrive on time can get signed in and sent to their designated area to start having fun ASAP.
Q: What if we are late for our reservation?
Late arrivals may result in reduced time for your party or event due to other reservations. If you will be late for your scheduled party/event, please call our store number to let us know! We are more than happy to try our best to accommodate any last minute changes you may have.
Q: What should I expect during my party?
Our dedicated party team is here to make your child’s big day effortless and unforgettable! From serving delicious pizza and leading the happy birthday song to cutting the cake and helping you transition out of the party room right on schedule, we handle it all. Every detail—big or small—is taken care of, so you can relax, celebrate, and soak in every magical moment.
Q: Should I tip on my party bill?
If your party host or hostess helped make your celebration unforgettable, a gratuity is a wonderful way to show your appreciation. Our team is trained and works hard to create a fun, stress-free experience for you and your guests—from setup to clean-up and everything in between. Any tips you choose to give go directly to your host or hostess as a thank-you for their exceptional service and dedication to making your day extra special.
Q: How much does it cost to participate in Axe Throwing at Playtime?
Our pricing for Axe Throwing ranges from $12-$25, so please visit the Pricing & Specials page for Axe Throwing session times and pricing. You must be 18+, closed-toes shoes, and reservations are required to ensure safety and supervision by an Axe Master.
Q: What should we wear to throw axes for our Axe Throwing session?
Closed-toe shoes are required for Axe Throwing. We also recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing for optimal range of motion.
Q: Is there a minimum for a reservation to throw axes?
To reserve a lane for Axe Throwing, no matter the amount of time chosen, we do require at least 2 people to be participating.
