Hostess will greet you & the b-day child will spin the prize wheel. The hostess will show you to the party room & do hand print of child on wall.
First 15 minutes—Child Minimum token cups are given to parents. Kick the children’s shoes off in the room and let them run. Don’t forget the kids must wear socks (We have socks available for $1 + tax).
Mom this is your opportunity to get a firm head count. Helpful hint: count the shoes to get your head count. The number you tell the hostess is the number that you will be billed for, so keep in mind that we can add to the count but we will not discount a child after the order has been placed. Any extra cups or place settings are to be removed. If we forget to remove a place setting (drinks) please don’t use them unless you intend on being billed for them.Adults will be responsible for paying for their own drinks as the party includes everything for the children only.
15-30 minutes--Late arrivals counted, requested amount of token cups are given to mom/dad, adult food/beverage orders are taken, pizza is being cooked, kid drinks to be filled, and children continue to play. The large 2 topping pizza has been discounted to $10.99 for mom/dad and their adult guest (unlimited). All other items are at regular menu price but may be placed on your party order for your convenience. Just tell your hostess if you need anything (Salad bar, adult drinks, pizza, appetizer, extra token packages) and your hostess will take care of it for you.
½ hr-1hr and 15 minutes. Children gather in party room to eat pizza. After kids eat (or when mom/dad request), the cake, ice cream and goody bags (if ordered) are delivered and mom/dad are to cut and distribute cake to children in attendance. Presents, and visit from Henry to follow in any order..
1 hr and 10 minutes –1hr 15 minutes. Gather personal belongings and place at booth in common dining area. Take presents to car and let children play as long as you wish.
See Todd or Kelly at the front counter to total your bill and close out your party. Tips are appreciated, but not required. We thank you and hope your child had Tons of Fun.

So don’t expect what you are “used” to.
We have our own rules and operating procedures.
We are different, and Kelly and I hope you enjoy our way of doing things.
Keep an in mind that this is a private, family owned business and not a big corporation. We created PLAYTIME.
We love feedback and accept it good or bad. We are still learning. Your input can only help us succeed.
If we mess up, let us know. We will do what is fair but we will not give everything away.
We would appreciate it if you would help us keep the facility clean. (Party rooms excluded, we gladly clean the mess up)
If an accident occurs, please let staff know immediately so we can clean it up and not interrupt too much play time.
We encourage you to play inside the playground with your children. It is built for adults too. Please no shoes on the playground, socks must be worn. They are available for sale at the front counter. Have Fun.
